What is the difference between the Super Blackhawk Hunter model and the Bisley Hunter model?

The Bisley has a different grip frame, hammer and trigger than the SBH.

Also, as you can see from the Flatgate's photos (thank you for posting them!!), the Bisley grip is a bit longer with less flare than the SBH grip, and IMO, more comfortable to shoot heavy loads.

I just found out my vaquero in 45 long colt won't handle 45lc +P or the cor-bon hotter ammo's. Now i have an excuse to get a blackhawk in 45lc w/7 1/2" barrel too. Will the bisley handle the hotter loads?

My ruger super blackhawk in 44mag with the 10 1/2'' barrel has the larger pachmayer rubber grips on it that go up to and cover the trigger guard housing. I like them. My vaquero in 45lc w/7 1/2'' barrel feels great with the orginal wood grips. I guess I need to look for a bisley next(to look at) CZY

Yes , crazy , the Blackhawk will handle anything the manuals suggest. And probably a lot more , that being at your own risk though.

Most assuredly, the cylinder is a tank. It will shoot them more comfortably as well thanks to the grip design. I bought mine to shoot the same "warm" loads I built for hunting with my Marlin 1894C.

You must have the New Vaquero which emulates the Colt SAA in size. Ruger's Vaquero is every bit as strong as the Blackhawks and Super Blackhawks.

One can easily see the physical size differences in the cylinder frames and cylinders of the two models.

Your revolver's rollmarks and serial number series will offer some clues.
