Has anyone tried their holster. I was thinking about ordering one of their John Linebugh model holster for a 5 1/2" FA 475.

You're an early riser Lloyd. I stopped by Von's shop a couple years ago (My GPS had a hard time getting me close!) and like Lloyd advised - he makes top-shelf leather products. I have his Wyoming Combination holster & a custom width rifle sling. I highly recommend his products.

I had a Freedom Arms holster for my model 83 a few years back. It was ok but not top shelf at all, so pass on one of those. I'd buy an El Paso Saddlery before another FA holster. I KNOW El Paso makes excellent holsters! 44 Man
