I wont give out specific loads but will go this far. My two perfered powders in the 2506 are re19 and 4831sc. For what your wanting to hunt id consider giving the 90 grain sierra hp a try. Cool thing about that bullet is it workds well on deer sized game too. Its a bit fragile for under a 100 yards but no more so then the 100 grain soft point. It seems to hold together better then the 87 grain bullet and it drives nails in about all my 25 cal rifles. two more good bullets for animals up to coyote size are the 87 siera and the 85 nos bt.

The load I like uses Berger 115 gr. VLDs over RL-22.

mine likes 115 gr NBT over IMR-4350 but I think I would use lighter bullets for varmits.

The Sierra #4 manual gives 49 grs IMR 4350 as the accuracy load with their 117 gr bullets. I have used this load for years to kill over 100 whitetail deer. I use Rem cases, CCI 250 mag primers, and the Pro Hunter flat base bullet. Out of my 26" Shilen #6 SS barreled Rem 700 I get 3000 fps and bug holes at 100 and average 1 3/4" 5 shots at 300 yards. 99.9% of the time deer drop in their tracks with a front shoulder shot.

Hornady 87 grain sp,H 414,CCI 250. Shoots clover leaves at 100. I had hang fire problems until I swapped over to the Mag primers. Then it started shooting the clover leaves.

My .25'06 has been on the shelf for 10 years now, but the last I loaded for it was 100gr Remington psp over 4831 (I don't remember the exact charge).  I put it up when 300 yard shots on deer, and 250 on coyotes became too easy :P.  Been working with .44 mag and muzzleloaders ever since.  I chose the Remington bulk pack for the price, and stuck with them for the results :)
