I got called down for using caps by GB when I first started here. Like Duckkillr he was nice about it and explained that when one uses caps others read it as shouting ( I had no idea ) anyway its best to learn the way things work and not offend others.

I agree that using all caps in the discussion would be offensive, however; I thought using it in the title would just be an attention getter ?
