I chronographed my current load
« on: March 21, 2011, 03:32:18 PM »
I chronographed  my current load Sunday for my Encore pistol in .454. It was a 300 grain Lee cast bullet @ 1760 fps.  Do you suppose  that if I hit something with that it would be harmful? ;)
Or are all of the woodland creatures wearing kevlar now?

Well . . . if your intended quarry is a mile away, that would give if more than 3 seconds to get out of the way.  LOL  :o

Hey Tom W,
I was shooting a 300gr. load out of my 9" Dan Wesson 44 Magnum that I took the camera instead.
And here is the picture.

Happy shooting
