Most people don't know this,,,,,but this is what we're dealing with. 1 microgram = 1 millionth of a gram.  0.1microgram= 10 millionth of a gram, or an amount likely unseen under a light microscope, or 1 microgram for that matter .

I believe one of those damaged reactors in Japan used Plutonium in normal operation. I also believe the spent fuel holding ponds at this sight contain Plutonium. If that Plutonium escapes into the air, we are talking numbers of deaths in Biblical proportions.
