I use the drippins for gravy. Not much left over for lubin patches...
I thought of asking the butcher if he had any fat trimmings, but most of the lamb you see nowadays is imported packaged stuff...
But now that I think on it, there's an old timey butcher shop hereabouts. Maybe they have some! Thanks for getting me thinking, I'll check with them!
