The peter principal is common in the Gvt. The reason such people get regular promotions is because their supervisors want to get rid of them but don't have the courage or are too lazy to fire them.

The Feds had all those protections before there were public employee unions. It always has been very hard to fire a government worker.

Government workers can be fired. I fired 2 in the past 10 years. It can be done it just take supervisors willing to do the right things.

Obamulate- 1) to spend without reason or care. 2) to throw money at useless things 3) to critisize and blame your predecessor for the decisons you make.

I would include blatant lying but that is taken as part of a Clintonism. Clintonism 1) the attempt to sex up any living creature within 20 feet. 2) to lie better than anyone else. 3) to side step or avoid the truth
