Very Nice - thats the beauty of these guns. There is just something about them, whether its the old-timey feel/look of them or that they shoot so well for the cost. Nice wood, thinking of buying a set like that for my 223.

Sometimes I wish I was right handed...The type of stock you have is usually not made for lefties...Too bad to.  I would have purchased one if it came left handed.

Gotta a question for you guys with the thumbhole stock.   Does it ever seem akward to pull the hammer back or break the gun open, since your thumb is in a different spot compared to a standard stock?   It would seem to me that the standard stock would put your thumb in a better place.    I am buying one so i appreciate your thoughts.  Thanks!!!

If you get a thumbhole stock or can handle one you will love it. It changes the gun to make it more steady and comfortable, at least that's how I feel about them. As far as the kick ??s yes it will rattle your teeth ;D ;D and you cannot put anything in the stock to reduce it, no room. A good pad helps though. Good luck with all and good huntin!!

I have one on my muzzle loader, the only thing I don't like about it is when are walking with it and kick up a deer. It's a little awkward getting a jump shot off.
