If T/C's fate is in question, what replacement parts are most likely need replacing someday in my G2 frame?  What should I stash?

I don't know if their policy has changed, but it used to be that TC wouldn't sell/supply most of the Contender frame parts to end users except when replaced on frames sent to them for warranty.   Nor to any smiths I knew of except Jim Henry (Barstow, CA).    So to get some as personal backup parts reserve for your frames you usually looked for parted out frames that had been stretched or otherwise taken out of serivice that somebody was selling the parts from (or if you were personal friends with the right people).   

Jim had reserves of all parts for the Contenders on hand way back then (and maybe G2's & Encores now) .   Numrich has them for sale now days though (unless the part you want is sold out), and maybe other parts houses do as well.

That said there are thousands of well used Contender frames still out there not missing a beat and as good as new that are over 40 years old.    So IMO frame parts replacement will not really be much of a concern for most users in their lifetime that don't abuse or damage them.    I had enough Contender parts on hand in reserve to rebuild two bare frames complete plus extras of many of the "wear" parts for many years before selling them all off as something I would never need.   IOW I never did need any of the frame parts despite being a very heavy user of all my Contender frames for decades.

I have 2 Contenders, one dating back to 1980, the other, a used easy open frame. The only parts that have failed have been 2 springs, the hammer spring and the striker spring. I think these are the only "non coil" springs in the Contender, thus they will break, whereas coil springs have a much longer life (indefinite). Better hammer springs are offered by at least one after market vendor.

Agreed that not much is of great concern in the most cases. The parts you should have are; as mentioned, the hammer spring and striker spring. ***Make yourself a slave pin to hold the hammer spring in the hammer.***  Also keep spare firing pins and their springs.  The tiny coil springs wont likely break but they take a beating on compression. These are necessities.
