Just before "freezing" federal pay raises last year, Obama rushed through some raises for senior executives working for the govt. Time has shown that that these raises were rushed through illegally, so they must be rescinded;

If we as individual citizens were to file an illegal tax return, allowing ourselves to keep more of the money we earned the previous year..would the IRS suddenly turn magnanimous...and allow us to "keep the change"?
During this same period the Obamanites halted cost-of-living increases for people on Social Security...
Reading the last paragraph of the report linked above, we find these executives averaged $170,000 per year BEFORE the ($5000 average) raise.
Now we wonder; ... who could use the $5000 more, the already well to do executives, or Aunt Minnie & Uncle Frank in Pittsburg..who are alreadybarely getting by on their social security check ?
