Utah makes big changes in CCL rules.

Many states have been putting pressure on Utah.  The states have asked Utah to not issue to their citizens unless the
the rules of the states are honered first. This will become law in 2012.

I suppose if I ever got in office i would sign an E.O. allowing national open carry. Shall not be infringed is pretty self explanatory to me. But then, I'll never have to worry about that will I.  ;D

I wish they would not cave in, so to speak. To may it would be a way to pressure some of the restrictive states to change their ways.
