Sorry, I haven't sent any reamers to Canada, I don't care to lose a reamer to customs, 4D won't ship out of country, so I won't either, the reamers provide too much revenue to GBO to risk loss when it has to go thru customs twice!  Elk Ridge may ship to Canada, so it wouldn't hurt to check with them.

Stubbed barrels(see Stubbing in FAQs), H&R doesn't make any barrels that can just be rechambered to 45ACP.

How about a 17 hornet or 17 rem reamer? I have a early serial number 17hmr that doesn't get used much and am thinking of reaming it to something I can reload for.

We don't have one, if you want to buy one and donate it....?  It wouldn't be one to do by hand tho, either requires a lathe, so it wouldn't be much use for 99% of the members. All the other GBO reamers except  the 45ACP can be done by hand.

It's available now, stainless barrels can be done in a lathe with plenty of lubrication, but not by hand.

I will be modding my yet-to-be-received 30-30 to 30-30AI and also cutting the barrel to about 17".
I have questions about the procedure to make the crown:
Do I use the Facer cutter first and then the Crowning tool, or does the Crowning tool does everything?

The facer cutter just cuts a 90º flat crown, no recess, the crown cutter cuts a recessed target crown also, it's made for  22 cal barrel, but works up to .30 cal.  I've used it on the 38-55s with a jury rigged pilot, but it just makes a slight chamfer at the crown, the recess cutter isn't much wider than the bore, much the same as you'd get using a carriage bolt and grit in a drill.
