I have the Hogue soft Mono-grips. Are your's soft, or hard nylon ("feels like a deck of cards") ?
I bought used Pachmyer Presentation, the Hogue hard nylon ( I was gonna grind 'em down to fit), and was still frustrated, the grip is just too big for me.
And then I noticed some of the new RH's had Bantam grips. I called up and they assured me they are smaller. I bought them right away. When they came, I didn't even have to open the package, the darn things would still have been too big for me. Besides the Bantam's are as ugly as an H&R rifle stock. (The Hogue Monogrip on my SP 101 is another story: It's the best fitting grip I have ever had !
I thought about Pachmayer Grippers, since I loved them on my Service Six, but I honestly think I would be paying $30-plus shipping for another pair of too-big grips.
I did run across the cardboard yellow box the Redhawk came in, and the original wood stocks are in the box. They are ugly and hard, but I might give them a try some day.
