There are lots of 9X19/P226s around, both used and new.  Night sights are no problem.  A new set will run you less than $100 (though you may have to pay someone to install them).  Since the tritium inserts have a performance life of 10-12 years, you may want to buy a new set.  Finding ADJUSTABLE night sights, may be another issue.  Why would you want them?  I own four P series Sig guns, all with fixed night sights.  The sights are numbered to accommodate the appropriate elevation for the cartridge.  (9X19 takes a different number than .45 ACP, for example).  Elevation is adjusted by drifting.  Once dialed in (for windage), I've never needed any other adjustment.  The 9X19/9mm Luger shoots pretty flat, especially at "combat" distances.

I have a customer looking for one, thought maybe someone had one with adjustable nights sights. Ive never seen one, mine all have fixed factory normal sights.

Meprolight makes an adjustable night sight for Sigs.  I don't know of a 226 with these sights on it, but you could suggest to your customer that he put a pair on.

I put a meprolight adjustable rear sight on my sig 226. It was not the night sight though. I did it myself and the sight has been working fine. I have used it to make adjustment out to 100 yards and back to 25 yards and the sights have been very repeatable.
