anyone have this rifle I've been trying to sight the scope but the nobs dont do anything to the rifle. the iron sights are crooked but work OK. how do you zero this rifle

Those cheap little scopes that Crosman puts in with those 664's can and often are faulty. If the adjustment knobs don't work at all send the scope back to Crosman and they will gladly send you another. They only sell for about $5.00 retail and cost Crosman about $.50 each at the most so they can afford to send you more. You want to get the best accuracy out of that 664 then get yourself a .22 rimfire scope. You can get one from Ebay at http://www.ebay.com. Log on and go to Sporting Goods then to Hunting and do a search for scopes there. Should find many from $7.50 up to whatever you want to spend. Lawdog

Lawdawg is EXACTLY correct. Let's face it, the WHOLE OUTFIT cost sixty-something dollars. What do you think they have in the scope? I can buy them all day long for ten dollars, rings included. Lawdawg says $5.00. Junk it. Even a $20.00 scope would be a vast improvement plus some weaver rings.

the nobs are just for show, they unscrew then there is a flathead slot that u use to zero the scope

I was talking about the slotted screws underneath. The "knobs" are dust covers to keep dirt and stuff out of the threads. I just took it for granted you knew what I was talking about. Lawdog
