Her name is Katherine Windels and she is a Wisconsin teacher.

Here’s the criminal complaint.

JS Online reported:

A 26-year-old woman was charged Thursday with two felony counts and two misdemeanor counts for allegedly making email threats against Wisconsin lawmakers during the height of the battle over Gov. Scott Walker’s budget-repair bill.

Katherine R. Windels of Cross Plains was named in a criminal complaint filed in Dane County Criminal Court.

According to the criminal complaint, Windels allegedly sent an email threat to State Sen. Robert Cowles (R-Green Bay) March 9. Later that evening, she allegedly sent another email to 15 Republican legislators, including Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau).

The subject line of the second email was: “Atten: Death Threat!!!! Bomb!!!” In that email, she purportedly wrote, “Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your families will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks.”

“I hope you have a good time in hell,” she allegedly wrote in the lengthy email in which she purportedly listed scenarios in which the legislators and their families would die, including bombings and by “putting a nice little bullet in your head.”

According to the criminal complaint, Windels told investigators “I sent out emails that I was
disgusted and very upset by what they were doing.”

Asked if she intended to follow through on any of her threats, Windels told the investigators “No,” according to the complaint.

Windels was charged with two felony counts “bomb scare” and two misdemeanor counts of “computer message-threatening injury/bodily harm.” If convicted, each felony count carries a maximum penalty of three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine, and each misdemeanor count carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in prison and a $1,000 fine.

She is a 2010 graduate of Madison Area Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, which would fir, since on her PeekYou profile she lists Wexford Head Start as one of her work experiences. She also lists a place called The Red Caboose; a Google search turns up a Red Caboose in Madison for Toddler, Preschool and School Age programs.

Here again is the vile threat Windels sent out to Republican lawmakers in Wisconsin.

This woman was released on a signature bond. Try that somewhere other than Dane County Wisconsin and see how it works out for you.

Yep all teachers act this way. When the teachers I worked with went into bars- even the Harley bikers would be afraid of us. We have been known to take over the faculty rooms of rival schools , burn their lesson plans, and steal their copy machines.

She saw her gravy train ending and went too far in anger. Simple as that. There is still a large number of people who think a violent threat without physical action is not a crime. Terroristic Threats used to be hard to prosecute. But the computer and cell phone technology has put it back on the map.

Maybe not quite so simple. There's a very large part of the American population that feels 'entitled' no matter what the result of giving those entitlements would do to their state or their country. They just don't care about anyone except themselves. They seem to be completely clueless as to what is going on in our country and how their actions just make things worse.

You continue to  dodge the  question and try to change the subject....a typical leftist tactic.  When you can't win the argument, change the subject or lie.  How predictable. 

My comment referred to "rank and file"  corruption of the left.  Walker may be corrupt, but he's not "rank and file." He's the Governor of the state.  Neither Walker nor any other Republican threatened to kill people and their families as a means of influencing the outcome of a  political dispute.  The union people have.  The union scum did $10 million of vandalism to the Wisconsin State Capitol bldg in addition to make threats of violence.  BTW, the threat by this "teacher" is not isolated, but one of many. 

I condemn the use of provocateurs by anyone.    Conservatives have not rioted....in my life time.  Liberals who speak on college campuses do not need body guards  for protection against conservative students.  Conservatives who speak at colleges frequently do need the protection of body guards.   There is no comparing left wing scum, at any level,  with rank and file conservatives.  The  rank and file left, that never met a pornographer whose free speech rights it would not fight to defend, uses all the power at its disposal, including physical violence and intimidation, to gag non-conformist opinions.
