RCBS Customer Service
« on: December 27, 2002, 12:50:03 PM »
 I lost my power supply for my RCBS powder Pro scale. I called their customer service line and told her I just flat lost it. It was not damaged, just gone. She got my shipping info and told me to have a nice day. No charge. I have heard how good their warranty is but I am still trying to pick myself up off the floor.

THANKS RCBS

I have had excellent results from RCBS customer service. Twice I have broken parts, my fault, and each time I called RCBS they took down my information and I had the parts within five days, no charge. Also, each time they threw in a couple of spares. Talk about excellent customer service!

They are the best... after moving, I couldn't find a couple shellholders for my trim-pro, called and tried to order replacements and the lady wouldn't hear of it, they arrived 3 days later with a thank you note for using RCBS. They get ALL my business when I can use their stuff.
Be alert, America needs more lerts!

They are very good people to do business with.   I just wish they would come down on the price of the little handles for the neck brushes etc.

I received an RCBS hand primer that when opened, I found there were parts missing. I sent it back to RCBS with the explanation that it was given to me, it wasn't too new, and I'd be happy to pay for it to be overhauled.  They sent me back a brand new one, no charge.
