i checked out the new G2 contender carbine

i got to check one out yesterday and i think it is the gun i will go with.i want the 45 muzzle loader.real light and compact.scoped up ready to hunt should tip the scales at 6 1/2lbs.is there any thing i should know about this model to the good or to the bad?

There is one member here that weighed a bare G2 209x45 at 6lbs 7oz.  

And I'm in the middle of trading for one.   :-)
