If he were quickly legalized it would not change the fact that he performed several illegal arrests. Those folks have a very good case of being illegaly incarcerated. I can about imagine the defense atty. " he has lied about his citizenship your honor, what else has he lied about, clearly breaking the law means nothing to this alleged officer".
