CZ 75b Limited Edition Stainless model
« on: April 25, 2011, 10:55:26 AM »
Anyone know anything about these?  I ordered one for my wife.  She became enamored with them on the CZ web site.  She fell in love with my SP01 and wanted one of her own, but wanted it in stainless - when I showed her a photo of this limited model, she said 'get it'.  That was a tall order - they are darn near Unobtanium at this point.  I wasn't sure how many were made, nor how exactly they compare to my SP01 tactical.  I think the SP01 will be a bit heavier (has the built in Picatinny rail on the dust cover), but I believe they both have the same rubber grip, extended beaver tail and tritium night sights.  Anyway, lets here from Limited owners on your impression and shooting experience with these.

I been eyeing a CZ75b in either polished stainless or a polished nickel finish for my next 9mm luger pistol.  I see they also offer the satin nickel finish too.  My local dealer has a few of them marked $699.  I'll checkout the limited model too.

Found out some more info on this piece.  The dealer I got it from said he spoke to the CZ-USA distributor and was told the Limited Edition Stainless was limited to 200 pieces, has a match target barrel, and match grade trigger and hammer.  This is unverified, just repeating what I was told.  So I'm very interested in comparing it to the function of my SP01 Tactical.

JaJa, you did well.  Paid $815 for this one.  Ran down several dead end links before I found one that the owner actually had it in hand.  All the others were already sold.  But, the wife wanted this particular one, so it was worth it.  I didn't sweat the extra cash - a year from now it won't matter a bit.  The one I ordered is currently in transit from Bizarre Guns in NV.

Hay Cabelas has a sale on SB 9mm for 9.99 a box of 50. I thought it to be a good price.
