Which one are you talking about blued or s/s?  I seen them on sale, used for $125 to about $175, depending on what you get with it.  Are you talking new?  If so you can get a new one in the Rossi "matched pair" set (.50cal BP rifle with 12 gauge barrel), or the Rossi "matched set" (.50cal BP, with 12 gauge barrel & .22rimfire barrel). New sets are available from CTD, at:

Never saw the Rossi's sell individually as  muzzle loaders, unless they were used.  They usually don't come with the breech plug wrench, which you have to buy for about $12 + s/h, or you can use a 3/8" socket.  The gun isn't bad, but if you have a broken part which needs to be repaired, other posters say your going to have a problem, getting it fixed.  One thing that Rossi has going for it is that Rossi's come with a better factory breech plug than the NEF Huntsman/Sidekick.
But the NEF guns have better factory support.  Good luck with your choice.

My quandary, I personally, don't think I have enough Handi's but, I know I have more Handi's than I really need or should have.

Jason,

The Rossi 50 Cal MZ with the factory breech plug will work with BH209 powder which is a major advantage.  I was able to get 1" 3 shot groups @ 100 yards with my Rossi shooting 80 grains of BH209 and Barnes 300 grain saboted expander.
