Dreams do come true
« on: April 28, 2011, 06:36:54 PM »
While in my local shop today, I stumbled upon a Defender,38 S&W caliber vintage 1976.I got lucky.it appears the only shooting it did was the factory test fire. I got lucky with my 999,as it was in the same condition. I paid a little too much for it,$199.00,but it would be hard to find one as nice.I sure like those break open actions.

mauser,
Nice find.  Did you get the 2 1/2" barrel version or the somewhat rare 4"?
