Today I found out that navy S.E.A.L.S had killed Osama Bin Laden. I am sure it brought alot of closure to the family's that lost loved ones during 9/11. What do you guys think will it cause Al-Queda to attack the US again? Or will the disban and we can finally leave Afghanistan?

They won't disband but you still can and should bring all the troops home.
