Handi again
«

Been without a Handi for awhile but got that corrected today. Just bought a 270/20 gauge combo with nickel receiver. Figure it should do the job on Deer/Hogs/Coyotes and have a little fun on the Traps. New in the box for 260 so I think I did good. Now just got to send it off for a Trapper 45/70 barrel.

Nice looking combo. I've always liked the looks of the nickle recvr and blued barrels. I bet it'll shoot as
good as it looks.

I think you'll like the .270. Unfortunately, Patty's isn't a Handi, but a Rem 700 Stainless Syn mountain rifle. Despite that handicap, she can nail woodchucks at 440 yards with 90 gr. hollowpoints.

Thanks guy's. Do these rifles have any preference to bullet weight 130 vs 150. I dont hand load as of yet so any factory load recomendations would be great. would like to find one load that will work good on deer, pigs, yotes. Any experience with Federal Fusion? looks like it would be worth a try.
