No Sir, but I was going to suggest the alumawallet, what made you get cold feet on that one?

I have thought about getting one of these stainless steel wallets. Just afraid to spend 90 bucks for it and not like it.

I did not know they had woven stainless folding wallets, or had heard of the tracking stuff until now.  Just the idea of a metal box protecting my stuff appealed to me, although it might be kind of bulky....wear it for one 12 hour shift at work and swear it off forever...

I imagine there are bad reviews for even the best of products but just a little googling for reviews on the alumawallet did not create much confidence for me:

recently my wife bought an aluminum card holder for her purse....intent was to prevent any devious evil person with a card reader device from scanning her various cards.  Was in a discount type store early this week that sold an aluminum billfold/card holder and later I asked wife what she paid for hers.  Turned out one I saw was same price range of around $10 that wife paid for hers.   Sorry, do not recall the brand.

thanks Huffmanite, I ended up buying one off the counter like you said for about 11 dollars at CVS in New Braunfels. the manager was walking by and I asked him if they had had any come back and he said never, none had ever been returned by unhappy customers. So I got one.

I can tell you that I love it.  you pop it open and all of your stuff is spread out and you can easily grab a credit or library or DL card without them rubbing up against each other.

the old way in my leather wallet I had to slide them in pockets and I had to take one out at a time to get the right one, then when getting gas or something I had to slide em all back out to make sure I put the one I used back in my wallet. meanwhile the black bar gets all scraped up.

so I'm really happy.

Hey man if you ever get out around 45 south in the Dickinson area there is a place down there called the Arms room.  they used t be in a small place in a strip center in League City then now they have a HUGE place in Dickinson.  lots of old military arms as well as new stuff.  Its worth at least an hour just lookin around.  thought you might like it.  they have one section that is just somebody's collection and it will blow your mind.   ;D
