Clelends Progress!! the good and bad

After a fire destroyed Cleland's Outdoor World last 4th of July Cleland's has good progress in rebuilding and has the building framed!!
The bad news is union thugs are trying to bully them and are picketing the place

I don't think the protesters will hold up construction much with the Ohio State Police Post next door.  I will be glad when their new building is ready, I am sure they operating in the red ink right now.

  I drove by the new store yesterday and they were pouring concrete, looks like it coming along well and is going to be a real nice store when finished.
  I seen Mrs. Cleland on the news the other day giving a look at the layout to a local news woman, The Clelands are excited about the new store and plan to be open by the first of August.
  The idiot protesters were still standing out there wasting there time.  ;D    Jed

I stopped at Clelands yesterday and got stranded for awhile because The Obamacade was headed to (from?) Toledo Express Airport.  Great customer service, there was at least a dozen employees and with Airport Hwy. closed for 30 minutes I was the only customer!

  I had a Camp 9 and sold it a few years back but I really enjoyed the gun.
 I see now there is a bilboard that is anti Cleland's ... when will "organized criminals" leave regular guys alone?

Local building trades picketed Cleland's building reconstruction because an out of town contractor with out of town labor performed the work.  They ignored the fact that the out of town contractor was a relative of the owner of Clelands and Clelands was not bound by any agreement with organized labor.  After the building was complete the building trades paid to have a billboard put up on Airport highway to continue their protest.

The inside of the store is WAY COOL  !!  They have an old farm theme. THe rental guns are fastened to a metal wheel. The display shelves are old barn siding and the check out counter is an old farm wagon. The handgun display has chicken wire on it.  WAY COOL !!
 
  Add to it the fact it was family made and Clelands have hit a home run with their new store

They sure do. It seems that 2 or 3 of the shooting lanes are always being used.
