israel is a ripe peach waiting to be picked by the muslims.it may not be so easy to pik tho.them boys are tuff!if it was up to me id stand with them, but not sure if O will or not.we lose israel as a ally and we mite as well wrap it up and come home in the middle east.

God said, I will bless those that bless you(Israel), and curse the one who curses you. We do have a choice. If our leaders don't believe in God, and his promises, I'd say there is a pretty good chance the wrong choice will be made.

I say it is high time they take care of themselves and we do the same. Has anyone here got a $500 check every year for the last 20 plus years from the US government? yeah didn't think so.

Interesting that you choose to single out Israel, our only, IMO, true ally in the most volatile region in the world... Yeah..., I know.... reasonable arguements can be made against that statement but based on scripture and my own beliefs, I'll stick with it.

So what about Saudi Arabia? What about Egypt? What about Lebanon? What about Iraq? What about...... (all the rest of the two bit countries in what is known as the Middle East)? We send them all aid in one form or another. Surely you are not singling out and suggesting that we abandon Israel and continue status quo with the rest are you?

Please don't get me wrong.. I am not necessarily against reducing or cutting back aid to Israel; BUT.. should that come to pass, then, IMO, we should cease monetary aid to ALL THE REST of them as well. What say you? Will that work?

I think it is well known that I am a Ron Paul supporter so that should sum it up pretty well but if not YES and add to that get every single US Soldier Home. There are a host of other items on my list but seeing as THIS POST is about ISRAEL hence the singling out of Israel I'll save them for later.

Charlie, you seem to be under the impression that every single tax paying American is required to believe as you do or at least support what you believe with their tax dollars. Hey guess what...? Your wrong, I do not want my government to give away tax dollars to any other country as we ( as in We The People ) do not owe them anything and with the mess we are in with our economy we can't afford to the supplier of World Wide Welfare.

Also you are naive if you think Israel is a bright spot in the middle east. Their hands are just as dirty as the rest of the worlds and maybe even more. Most of the people over there I am sure are just like most Americans here and just buy into what ever BS the mass media puts out for their side.

There is a mass awakening that seems to be looming and if it ever really takes on world wide maybe humanity will have a chance

MATT. The world turning against Israel is part of the prophecy. I too like Ron Paul but don't think he is electable. Both he and Rand keep sticking their foot in their mouth. No, everybody does not think as I do. Those who believe the Bible and Gods word know that Israel is Gods chosen ones. Then there are others who do not believe it, even though scripture backs it up. The Bible says that those who bless Israel will be blessed, I believe that up til now he has done that. Those who curse Israel will be severely punished, our day is coming. Either we believe Gods word or we don't. I speak what I believe is the truth. We discussed this at Church this morning. Satan is alive and well, all we have to do is look around. When it comes to the Bible you and I may never agree, but ya never know.

The closerI get to death the more I see that it's important to get the word out about our relation to Jesus Christ and understanding Israels huge role in the end times, which I, and many others believe will be very soon. No, I don't believe the rapture will be next Sat the 12th, and I don't believe it will end in Dec of next year. I'm just watching the Israeli vs whoever action on the tube. Israel is having to remind the stupid ragheads that they will not be messed with. I think some of this can be attributed to Osama Obama giving encouragement to the muzzies that we won't be giving Israel a hand.

I wonder which border they are going to defend. The one that was stolen for them in 1948 or the eight or ten new borders they have stolen since! The sooner Iran gets the bomb and blows Israel off the map the better off we will be.

I'm sure they would rather have the latest tanks, arty, planes and what not to fight back. They haven't got them because Uncle Sam doesn't give them any at no cost.
So they have to courage to throw rocks.The Hungarian Freedom fighters and the East Germans did the same when Soviet tanks rolled in to squasch them. BTW. They didn't get any support either.

From what I've seen of the so-called Palestinians (there is no such place), they have been run out of Egypt, Jordan and who knows where else. If they had sufficient military hardware to mount a serious challenge to anyone, they'd most likely turn it on themselves.

It's fine to be sympathetic toward an underdog, but when they are a pack of trouble causing curs, eventually they have to be put down.
