I dont know much about the other 2 you started with but
I was going to buy a RIA
some dealers I deal with regularly and respect their opionions had told me the RIA shoot well
When I handled one it really felt like a brick
It just didnt work for me but I am sure they are very functional

If you're accustomed to plastic pistols, any all steel pistol is going to feel like a brick. Any fullsize 1911, other than the alloy models are going to weigh 2lbs +.
