Call Browning for the torque#, a simple phone call.My owners manual does not list it. Most folks will tell you you get what you pay for in a scope. If you can get 92% light transmission you should be fine,but the last little increase in performance over that will cost mucho in the pocket.You've got a ballpark $600 rifle,consider at least a $300 scope if your needs are that of a serious hunter.
