List your favorite 445 supermag loads here
« on: December 30, 2003, 04:57:07 PM »
Hey guys I am trying to get as much load info for my 445 supermag Dan Wesson as I can.  I would like to read what you guys are loading in your Dan wessons 445 supermag.   So give them to me all your super boomer loads to your light loads?

Info requested.

Bullet
Case
Powder
Charge GRAINS.
primer
Velosity
Accuracy

THis might be good info that others can use too.  :-D  :)    :D

Oh also list if it is a hot mild or moderate load as to pressures.  I know we all don't have pressure monituring equipment but if primers are flat or sticking cases in cylinder or whatever.  Thanks

Royce hey buddy how you been doing?  I have been doing alot of reloading lately for my 445 supermag,  I did check your loads out at Beartooth and have them in notes. I would like more info on what your loads are for your 240gr xtp  or  300gr xtp.  Thanks

Royce,  Guess what I tried some of Dan Wesson's loads out last night.  I tried the 225 gr barnes x with h4227 over 37.5 grs and guess what you can't get that bullet to seat with that much powder.  So I tried some h110 over 33 or 34 grains can't remember as I am at work right now but will see how it goes.

I saw you were able to push a 300 gr either cast or jacketed bullet to 1750fps. did you have any pressure problems or stuck brass?  Please tell me more.  I am trying to get some good loads for my 445 supermag.  I want the super boomer loads as well as some lighter loads.

ANy and all info appreciated.  If you don't want to post here e-mail me at talltines2@aol.com. If you forgot my  e-mail.

Are you still addicted to your cap and ballers?????

Is there any bullet length that starts to create a problem on bulging the cases? I might try their 405gr but I'm kind of afraid to seat it deep. Looks like it may be intended for a 44.
