Yeah I planned on using blue dot and was going to start with 180's don't know what brand/style bullet yet. Blue dot seems to give the highest velocity for the lowest pessure. This is something my cousin and I are doig together he bought the glock 20sf and I couldn't find a SF anywheres so I got a normal 20. Since I load for 40sw already and use it in my 3 gun competitions. I'll mostly be loading the 10mm to the upper end of it's spectrum.
That is what I was loading for a friend of mine. I like the Blue dot load for two reasons. 1 I already use it for 44 Mag, 10 ga, 12, gan and some 20 ga hunting loads. Iwas using the Berry's plated bullets nad like them very much. Also load them for 44 and 45 ACP.
2- is if you accidentally double charge the 10mm it will spill out of the case letting you know something is wrong.
So far I have seen three really nice guns ruined by an oops double charge. One a Colt SAA 2nd Gen in 45 Colt that the owner used as small of a charge as possible and was distracted while loading and double charged just one. That was all it took.
