Let's complain a little or lot?
« on: June 01, 2011, 08:44:33 AM »
Try to keep politics out of it. We know we are doomed if something is not done in that area. Every evil thing from the pit of hell now stands at the head of this nation. Fast and Pray.

I hate to buy a new shirt. The idiots that manufacture them for some reason sew a piece of 80 grit sandpaper in the neck of them. Almost all of them.

You cant check the fluid level on most anything in the new cars. If you disagree go check the power steering fluid on a 2005 chevy impala then come back and tell me how it went.

The left lane on a four lane highway was made for faster cars than the right lane. Enough said.

Some brainless dolt had 4 red lights installed on a busy highway here in central florida. They are not synchronized. the traffic jam is 2 miles long every morning and it takes forever to get through that area. Going around is several miles.

Cops, you do not prove anything by being a S--T head to decent people.
Your turn.

People that go into the checkout lane at the supermarket that says "12 items or less" and have 4 times that...I always say something out loud, mostly to embarrass my wife as anyone who does this has no conscience anyway.

Seeing a sign on the highway "LEFT LANE CLOSED 2 MILES AHEAD" and watching people stay in the left lane for the whole two miles, no I won't let them in, mostly to embarrass my wife.

It bothers me that comercials are louder than the regular program. Constantly wearing out my remote control.

I am a nurse at a residential campus for mentally retarded emotionally disturbed males between the ages of 12 - 18. I hate it when staff members diagnos injuries and start telling the kids what might have to happen. It just gets the kids all jacked up and this creates problems for the people at the ER.

*  Contractors who, when called on the phone, say they'll have to call you back but never, NEVER do.
*  Telephone customer service representatives who speak non-decipherable English, if at all.
*  Plastic grocery bags.
*  Incompetent people in critical positions put there to satisfy quotas or political correctness rather than
as a result of their capabilities.
*  Ticks - - the !%$* things serve no legitimate purpose whatsoever.

+100 on the shirt-neck irritation.  It's a darn shame when you have to unstitch the labels on every shirt you buy.

There is a perspective issue that comes into play on your last point.  Contrary to reality, every person I ever met claimed he was a "decent" person.   ;D

Why exactly do simple appliances need computers? Was it that hard to leave the timer in the washing machine? My blender needs a COMPUTER? Really? My dehumidifier needs a computer?

I suppose they do make the question as to whether they should be thrown out or not much simpler.

Police road blocks...
Does this not fall under illegal search?
No probable cause?

Not much bugs me more than foul-mouthed clods that use their filthy words in public places and make sure they are loud enough, so everyone can hear.  Effing this and effing that and it isn't just males anymore.

I agree with what you say exactly. The only thing I would add would be the louts that use the foulest language in front of their children. Since when did that become okay? When I was growing up, my parents never used profanity in front of us kids, and neither did the parents of my friends. Maybe I lived a sheltered life.
