  I don't know how that adds up.  It must be Obama working for Goldman-Sachs or his own "grand conspiracy'...because a bi-partisan congress just dressed Obammy down for hitting at Libya & kha-daffy ;

All this reads that US financial institutions aren't a good place to put $$ if your are a foreign country......as a matter of fact it isn't much better if you are a US customer either.

In international war terms, 1 Billion dollars isn't enough to get excited about.  The numbers (plus the obvious TFH insinuations) just don't make sense.  This probably is in the wrong section...
