It's always Illinois, and I thought california was bad....Maybe if we can blow Chicago off into the bottom of lake Michigan, the rest of the state could actually make rational decisions for ourselves.

It is pretty evident when you look at the political map during election time where the loyalties lie.  It is a sea of red except for blue pools around springfield and chicago.  They think anything south of Joliet is southern Illinois.  To me, if there isn't any rattle snakes, it isn't southern Illinois.

Well let's hope the Assembly is of the same mind as the Gov and Senate and pass this for the citizens of Wisconsin.
