OK, a bad joke, but the worst news ever is happening right now at the failed Japanese nuclear power plant. The amount of radioactive toxic waste that's been leaked to the environment is really alarming now. It was big news when the plant was first compromised, but the what's happening now is much much more important, and has huge consequences.

I haven't heard about it, but figured it ain't getting any better.  You're right about all the bad news.  Fed's buyout of National Debt is last ditch effort.  Good news is abundant of oil in Montana and Wyoming, and so sweet in can go directly to your car.  Bad news is the lag time to get it flowing after Muslim oil quits coming in next year.
