I just finished this. It is 75 caliber. The overall length is 5-1/2" and the height is 3-1/2". Also, I finally found micro size rivets for steel carriages.

I used #6 bright finish nails. Smooth the nail head with a sander to remove the nail set dimple and they make a nice small rivet. I countersink the back of the rivet hole and tig weld them in from the back side and sand the plate smooth. The smallest rivets commercially available are too large for these micros.

DOM, I see from this post that you also sometimes make a 1inch bore dictator and I found a post from 2007 I think about a golf ball dicator that you have also made . Do you still make these?
The pic's in that post very nice and am thinking in the future would like to add both of them to the 3/4 bore one and what kind of build time would that take.

Dom also has done one in a soda can bore as well as the experimental golf ball/ soda can bore. Dom does excellent work I've got one of his GB Dictators.

GLS, Nice video, thanks for posting it. The vent is 5/64" For fuse I use 1.4mm, 1/16", or 1.8mm. The 1.8 is a little tight but will work. Either cannonfuse.com or pyrocreations.com should have it.
