I might be wrong ( nothing new there ) but it seems the message of Freedom we have exported around the world is taking root . The idea of people even speaking out was not possible 10 years ago in places they are doing so today.

I imagine that Nair and Gilette for women are all for this idea. 'Course after seeing how waxing works, some of these women might say to hell with this idea, and just go back to being beaten by their husbands/fathers once in awhile. Got to hurt less.
