I have never heard of someone doing anything like this. A guy at work told me about it, but I had a hard time believing it.
I wonder if he took lunch in with him. I bet the cops didn't make to much of an effort to catch him.

a cop told  me of a similar  case years  ago
he  was a   repeat offender they couldn't catch
they almost  caught  him  when a woman came out screaming
then  the  perv  came  out and  ran

he said  he looked at the other cop  saying...''i am  not touching  him''
the other  cop  agreed....perv escaped....so  now  i guess  he is back at it

its not new.. as a kid i well remember, a  fellow getting caught in the pit under a church
outhouse one sunday..gotta givem an a for effort anyway. :)

Caught a kid in the yard at dark thirty trying to steal gas. When he heard the slide rack on my 12 ga, he totally wet himself. 3 S.O. units arrived, the discussion was who was gonna transport, the jr. guy got the honor.  ;D  Told them lucky thats all that he did.
