That location is 20 minutes from me. I might go "bother" the guys in the Gun Library, and take a personal peek at that one. I'm betting that it is a SBR, and needs the tax stamp.

It is listed as a 32-20 caliber and would have a rifled bore. Only smoothbores come under the AOW $5:00 stamp regulations.

Wrong gentlemen these were built as pistols and would need nothing more than what is required to register a pistol in your state
