Let's get something clear about Obama's release of oil reserve

Obama released 30million barrels from the strategic oil reserve. That is not nearly enough to affect prices significantly because that about what the US consumes in a day and a half. The prices were trending downward anyway and this was just a political trick to make himself look good.

That oil was for, I thought, to be used only in time of a major disaster or war. He's playing politics with our safety and security. News said 60 million over 2 months. POWDERMAN.  :o :o

How much is he shipping to our :friends" overseas?  I understand a large portion would be shipped. ::)

Is there anything new, unusal or shocking about that?  For those of us that dont drink the coolaid, this is the kind of stuff he has done the whole time in office.

Ask Obama who will refine this oil into usable fuel, gas or diesel.  We do not have the capacity to refine this much product in time to relive the summer driving season. We have not put a new refinery on line for 28 years. We have closed many of them and others are in poor condition.  We import finished product.  This will be shipped out of the U.S. to Europe to stabilize their economies. Obama is sees himself as President of the Socialist world not the United States. :(
