The sudden and contradictory surge of right wing support for Qaddafi due to their hatred of Obama will bite the Republican POTUS candidate in the azz come November 2012.  All I have to say is, Keep it up!  Seems to me that many right wingers let their hatred of Obama overcome their love of America . . . if they loved America to begin with.  I doubt many ever did.

The Hague-based court has approved warrants for Gaddafi, his son Saif al-Islam and Libyan intelligence chief Abdullah al-Senussi on charges of crimes against humanity. Prosecutors allege they were involved in the killing of civilians who rose up in February against Gaddafi's 41-year-rule.

I don't think it's good, no...but we should not be involved at all in any of this.

For one thing it's pretty stupid of anyone trying to remove him to put a warrant on him, he'll have to dig himself in like a tic now, cause there is nowhere to go.

Far as your comment Junior, I have absolutely no idea what your talking about there...I'm "right wing" in your eyes for sure and don't support
Qaddafi...which of course has nothing to do with not wanting to get involved in Libya and things that do not concern us.  I do not support your agenda to invade other countries for no reason and kill more Americans for nothing.  Nor do I support helping terrorists over throw people they don't like, rather not help them or get involved at all.  Tell me...is that a "left wing" agenda?  Must be...the math don't work out.

Maybe the The International Criminal Court could issue a warrant to Obama for stealing the Americans people wealth, might be more worth while.

Securing arrests, however, have proven difficult because the ICC has no police force and relies on member states to enforce arrest orders.

I guess the warrant means nothing without enforcement anyways...ICC won't do anything, they will ask someone else to.

  Junior;
  We are not allowed to name-call, and that is good..but you surely and unabashedly extrapolate far too much!
  Now; use your ghray matter..Just because we  don't want an "international court" interfereing with a nation's soveriegnty doesn't mean we support Ghadaffi in any way.  Nor does the fact that we are not eager to oust Ghadaffi in favor of a hostile Muslim Brotherhood,  mean we support Ghadaffi.  Fact is, most of us likely figure Ghadaffi and the Muslim brotherhood, Al Queda, Hamas, Hesbollah or the Taliban are not worth spending one drop of American blood to put or keep in power.  At least with Ghadaffi...it's the devil we know and have been able to keep relatively subdued..

He is? How so?
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.

He is an Obamabot and kool aid drinker. Hopefully Obama's little war against him wont prevent Gaddafi from mailing his absentee ballot to the DNC in 2012.http://swampland.time.com/2011/04/06/obama-2012-reelecion-effort-gets-muammar-gaddafi-endorsement/

The issuance of warrants for Gadhafi is stupid at best. The whole thing started becuase France and UK get thier oil from Libya. With Gadhafi gone they may be able to set up there own puppet and reduce the costs of their oil. Warrants from a court that hopes someone will enforce them. World court, please Kangaroo court is more like it.

I don't like Gadhafi, I am by some definitions right wing. This  conflict in Libya is a civil war that is none of our buisness. We should not have gotten involved. You don't see us going into Syria, N. Korea, Iran or China. You ever ask why Libya and not these others. If it is human rights violations what about Dafur? Just ignore all the other human rights violations and focus on Libya. Does this mean the liberals have tunnel vision? I think so. Or maybe select vision.

Here we are with this nincompoop administration..starting a fresh war in Libya over oil..when it has recently been discovered that we are probably the most oil-rich country in the world and could take care of all our needs right here at home..
   ..But energy independence for the US doesn't fit into the plans Soros and Obama for the US.  If we drilled here at home and became totally energy independent and rich...how could the Fabian Socialist cabal bring us down to ruin?
