That would be funny if Jo wasn't a US citizen and a product of our schools.  She is also probably a voter.  Chances are she gets a ride to the polls from heavily-laundered tax dollars.  For Bugeye's benefit, Jo thinks we need many more illegal immigrants.  She also thinks most American make too much money.  She knows this because she is on welfare.  Obama pays her welfare.  He gets it from illegal immigrants.  Or she might be a staunch conservative trying to get people like us riled up.  If so, she has succeeded.

Actually, a robust economy creates a need to move welfare people into the job market and leads to calls for welfare reform.  It's too bad charity is no longer a function of the church or the community. 
With government in the drivers seat, there is an incentive to use unemployment as another tool to achieve political ends.

      Do you really believe the vast bulk of multi-generational welfare parasites give a rat's butt where trhe money comes from...as long as they get theirs ?  Many of our highly educated politicians even seem to think the cash supply is unlimited..they just keep borrowing and spending without even considering how and when they shall pay it back !
