By the way the truck has LIC to carry 18000 lbs ( in Va the GVW has to include trl weight also )

Was the empty weight of the truck stencilled on the truck? I know my F350 weighed 59880 empty before I put on lift gate and tool boxes. With weights parts and tools it is 9880.

99% of all Lawyers give the other 1% a bad name. What I find hilarious about this is they are such an arrogant bunch, that they all think they are in the 1%.

No in Va its not nessary on private vehicles not for hire. It was however on the regstration card which the trooper ask for and read. Every other trooper or police officer I ask about this said at worst he was out of line or just wasting time.
