First, he joins Mexico..
« on: July 02, 2011, 05:06:17 AM »
First he joins Mexico in a suit against Arizona...now he joins Mexico and the UN in a suit against Texas..   Is this really the prez of the United States, who is trying to make us into the dis-United States ?

   http://www.ironmill.com/2011/07/02/obama-administration-calls-for-halt-to-texas-execution/

  http://nation.foxnews.com/gov-rick-perry/2011/07/01/un-takes-texas

It appears a possibility that it may be Rick Perry vs B.Hussein, come 2012.  If this occurs, all US citizens should recall who at this time, along with Arizona's Gov Brewer, stood for the US and who it was that stood instead, for the UN and Mexico..
Rick Perry is a Texan and an American, born of American parents with loyalty to America, an outspoken, born again Christian who may give us some relief from the recent inroads made by foreign nationals and foreign religious/political plots.

Sounds like the SCOTUS has already ruled on this issue in a prior case.  Time to carry out the sentence.  As for Obama, what else can be said that hasn't already been said a thousand times.

If he had gotten into the consulate he probably would have gotten amnesty because of the death penalty and gotten away with the crime, so Perry's decision is understandable.  Still, it creates a dangerous situation for Americans arrested abroad for almost anything.

If Hillary was the president, would they play Hail to the Chief or - what's that song - Look out boys, here she comes?

yellow. To begin with I wasn't born in kenya. I would never side with a foreign govt against my own people like the obamination has done. I would never sue any of my states for trying to defend it's citizens and America, the obamination is doing that now. I would never tie the hands of our military and insist on new rules to fight that cost American lives, and give the advantage to his muslim friends, again, like YOUR president is doing. I also place my hand over my heart anywhere I hear our Ntl Anthem, unlike your illegal kenyan hero giving the crotch salute. That enough examples, or ya need more?? POWDERMAN.   :o :o

I read the linked article. Is it true that the guy in question was not given access to Mex consulate? Did Texas prosecutors violate the law, in their zeal for another win and another body?
Texas neglected to inform him of his right under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations to seek legal assistance from officials of his own country.
Death 'penalty' is a bad idea, anyhow, though I well understand its appeal.

Nothing American about the obamination. POWDERMAN.  >:( >:(

Sure there is; he's the President of the United States, elected by the people of the United States, who are your fellow citizens.
He's also the Commander-in-Chief of the US armed forces; non-Americans don't get that position. They even play 'Hail to the Chief' when he arrives at some functions.

President Obama is at least as American as you; maybe more so, in some ways. I guess we'd have to define what makes one an AMERICAN?

Wow Yellow, now you've joined Junior in tghe comedy club !
I noticed that just like the radical lefties Clinton and Obama, you are trying to let this guy worm out on a technicality.  I think we all noticed neither of the three of you suggested he didn't do the crime of rape and murder on the little 16 yr old girl..you're just whining to get him off scot free on a technicality !
"More American than you"...please explain ! How does one get to be more American than a native born individual by several generations.
My mother's side has been here since he early 1800s, while my namesake progenitor arrived her well before 1670..
My father was not Lithuanian, Bosnian, Russian, Chinese or Kenyan, and he never espoused Communist ideals.  I have family who have served in every war, from even before the Revolutionary and French & Indian wars..perhaps you recall a jangle called "King Philip's war". I have served my country also in the combat arms.
Now Yellow, just answer this question please... In just what way is Barack Hussein any "more American" than myself ?  In fact, How is he "more American" than PM, Casull or any others posting on this thread ?

I thought #8 was short and to the point. PM's post was 100% BS.  Can you read anything not from a right wing blog?
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
  Junior;
In your post #8 you said that the preceeding post by PM was 100% BS.  It makes no difference where the information comes from, so long as it is true.  With that in mind, let's look at PMs post which you complained about.  Here it is:

" yellow. To begin with I wasn't born in kenya. I would never side with a foreign govt against my own people like the obamination has done. I would never sue any of my states for trying to defend it's citizens and America, the obamination is doing that now.   1) PM says he was not born in Kenya...I think we can assume it is true.

 2) PM says, "I would never side with a foreign govt against my own country as Obama has done"..The article proves PM's contention.   ..'Nuff said..

 3) PM says he would never tie our troops hands in combat, giving the enemy an advantage.. No real American would favor the enemy over our troops, buty that is the result of the new ROE.

 4) I have no doubt PM covers his heart when the national anthem is played..no reason to doubt it.

 5) ...And for the "crotch salute"..see below;

So.... now who is full of BS ?

Yes being executed with out being able to receive your rights to a lawyer and a fair court is wrong. Just pray for those Americans who died on 9-11, pray for the forgotton American GIs slaughtered in a Mess Hall at Ft. Hood Txs.  OBama was more concerned for the feelings of the executioners than the Americans  who died at their hands. You have to hate your fellow Americans to approve of what this President is doing. Yes, he is the elected leader of our country. BUT Hitler and  Stalin were elected leaders.

whining? well... at least I'm not in favor of ignoring the law, because it won't satisfy my bloodlust for another dead mexican.

I'd say, have the ability to think outside one's narrow ideological confines, and see the world without those glasses on... but never mind, that's not a measure of American-ness, so you're ok...

Now Yellow, just answer this question please... In just what way is Barack Hussein any "more American" than myself ?
Well, he's clearly smarter, a better writer, and far more accomplished - but you've got me, those don't make him any more American, just... smarter, a better writer, and more accomplished.
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
OK Yellow;, I'll pamper you; I'll answer your points in order.

1) No, I won't join you and your little band on your own comedy club tour.. because there's no room left on the short, yellow bus.

2) Not given his "rights" huh ? .. I have not heard one leftie, yourself included, saying he was not read his Miranda rights.  If you are thinking he should have EXTRA rights above and beyond those of any  American; think again !  He was here pretending to be an American...if he doesn't like our laws, he should not have sneaked into America !
Matter of fact, I have not heard any leftie, yourself included, show any concern for the little girl he raped and murdered.  Haven't heard Clinton, B Hussein or you bemoan how her rights were violated.

3) We all ?????

4) Your accusation "bloodlust for a dead Mexican" is quite perposterous.  I have had until a couple weeks ago, an 18 yr old Ecuadorian girl living with us as an exchange student.  She is much loved by us and the feelings are mutual...she wants to come back someday.  My son, who lives next door, has an 18 yr old Mexican girl still with them.  They are off to Washington DC today, she will see important documents and other key things.  She too is loved and is like a daughter..my grandaughter calls her "sister".  She would like to return also, and stay close to the fanmily.  Their return would not be from a poverty problem, since their nown families are affluent way beyond myself or my son.  We would be pleased to welcome them back..and into our families so long as they follow legal routes... So much for your incendiary accusation concerning "dead Mexicans".

5) Thinking "outside one's narrow idealogical confines" makes a person more American ?  Not really, but you ought to try it sometime.

6) So you say BHO is smarter, a better writer and more accomplished..

 A) I know there are only 50 states,  by 4th grade after talking to Marines and Marine veterans, and seeing a movie or two..I knew the term wasn't "Corpse-man".  I never render a "crotch salute" and I also know that those who died in battle cannot "be seated here with us today".

 B) If he's such a great writer, why did he have the terrorist Bill Ayers write his books for him ?
 http://www.newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2011/03/27/bill-ayers-admits-second-time-he-wrote-obamas-dreams-my-father

  C) Accomplished or being used like a puppet ?

BTW..You still haven't answered the query as to how he is "more American" than the rest of us..
If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)

Dunno if she is coming, but there is no reason to change the tune because of her gender. They band may have to play it twice because Slick Willy would be in lockstep beside her.

I wonder how BHO can want to stop this execution when he let an American citizen with diplomatic credentials sit in a Pakistani prison. The American citizen had to face court hearings and pay fines for defending himself. Which under diplomatic credentials is wrong.

In Texas we have an illeagal alien with no diplomatic credentials who raped and murdered a young girl the president wants to set free.

Regardless of the criminals race or point of origin, the president of the US needs to rip his head out of his backside.

well, let us examine this. I'll guess you're talking about Raymond Davis, a CIA 'contractor' who worked for Blackwater (well, the newly-renamed Xe) and who shot two Pakistanis.

I was under the impression that the US gov't pretty much bailed him out. He's out of Pakistan, right? Reading the wiki account... Davis doesn't sound like much of a 'diplomat' -

I'd not heard that - is it the administration's position that the man should be set free, or that he should not have been prosecuted? So far as diplomatic credentials go... if the Texas prisoner in question had diplomatic credentials - would you be okay with releasing him, no prosecution?

Let's get clarity on your assertion that the President wants to see the guy set free, before we tackle that last one... then we'll determine who needs to pull their head out... ?

In any case, the prez is standing in the way of justice being accomplished.  In 1995 a Texas Jury convicted this piece of raping, murdering trash of rape and  1st degree murder..and ordered his execution.  That means the pig has already lived 15 years too long !  He should now be converted to room temperature and the sentence  carried out.  He should be dust by now!
The prez gets elected to office by a whole mob of Koolaid sippers..then borrows and spends $1 trillion..with no increase in employment to show for it !.  He ought to be concerning himself with the economy, instead of trying to rescue those who terrorize and murder little girls.................

sounds like the truth doesn't matter here, just that we see someone get executed. A couple things have been asserted that are probably false, but let's get clarity:

1. Has the President or his administration taken the position that Humberto Garcia should be released?

2. Has the President or his administration taken the position that he should not have been prosecuted?

3. Who here has a problem with requiring that prosecutors and the state follow the law?

Lefty nonsense?  The assertion is make that President Obama is elected by kookaide sippers - is that righty nonsense, or cogent analysis?

BACK ON TOPIC: the assertion is made, at the top of this thread:

On-topic, there are three important questions to ask:

1. Has the President or his administration taken the position that Humberto Garcia should be released?

3. Who here has a problem with requiring that prosecutors and the state follow the law? Don't be shy - speak up!

I'd like to know who elected Dubya.

OK, since you didn't get it the first time, I'll spell it out . . . ELECTORAL COLLEGE.  In accordance with the Constitution of the United States.  Do you understand that?

Oh, I already knew that. The question is this: if they were a mob of kookaid sippers when they elected President Obama, what where they when electing Dubya? Same thing?
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.
