Sen Dick Durbin hosted a hearing in Washington concerning a so-called "dream act". He had invited and had in attendance a couple hundred illegal aliens.

1) Should a US senator hold hearings for illegal aliens ?
2) He had gathered in one place. a couple hundred self-confessed law breakers. Should the senator have remembered his oath to uphold the constitution...and arrest these flaunting lawbreakers ?
3) The senator invited hundreds of illegal entrants to air their complaints. This subject is a very controversial one, shouldn't he have also invited honest, bonafied US citizens an opportunity to voice their concerns on the same subject ?
4) Should the senator be charged with malfeasance, seeing he KNEW he was in the presence of a couple hundred who are boasting about their breaking the laws of the United states...and he did NOTHING about it !
5) Should individuals such as sen Durbin or even ourselves, be allowed to "pick and choose" which laws they wish to obey & enforce ?
6) Should the justice dept under Eric Holder take this senator to task for his flaunting of the constitution ?
7) Should B. Hussein Obama and his administration call this law-ditching senator to answer for his irresponsibility ?
Are Holder and Obama likely to trash the constitution, by not enforcing the law of the land in this case ?
