Happy Independence Day
« on: July 04, 2011, 07:50:42 AM »
Happy 4th everyone! I hope all of you take time out today to spend with your families. If you can, shoot off some fireworks for me. For the first time in my life, I live somewhere that has a burn ban.
No fireworks here... :'(  Maybe I'll fire off my Handi into the air. :o ??? ::)

Thanks, Dinny

Want to thank all the servicemen and women, present and past, for the right to celebrate our freedom we have in this country. Kinda like dinny, i'm new to my present location, midland tx. But the oilpatch gets in your blood, ya got to go where the work is. Hot! And dry around here to. Haven't even heard any fireworks this year. Had some good brisket while ago.  Happy 4th everyone

+1 on Texas BBQ!, I drove my bike from WI to TX one year just to eat some at Angelo's and Harvy's in the D/FW metroplex.
Big salute with the cannon to all you Patriots out there!
(aint it a shame what kind of TV there was this year regarding what Independence Day REALLY is about.......I wonder where the heart is on those bozos running the shows)
