Many of us may remember the line by Chief Dan George from the  movie "Josey Wales".
As the story goes, the Secretary of The Interior at the time told the Indians to, "endeavor to persevere".
I was curious about that statement so I went looking for it online and came across this site that caught my attention........Just thought it might catch yours too.
It's written by a Cheyenne man and tells about his modern day effort to, "endeavor to persevere", through this time of 'Obamanomics'.

What a movie! Outlaw J.  Wales. It's not often a movie gets two greats like Dan George and Clint Eastwood.Everything came together. I think Eastwood's best, and Dan George played a big part in making it happen."RIP Chief"

One of my favorite lines by the Chief was when he jumped on the Indian girl and she rolled him over with a knife in her hand and Clint stopped her. He said, good thing you came along, I might have killed her. POWDERMAN.
