Maybe they could substitute the New York Times for the TP shortage. This would be the best use for the paper.

LOL! Back in the old day's a john came equipped with a Sears and Roebuck catalog. Sadly today we mostly have  online catalog's.Don't know how that would work Most Newspapers are gone and luckily most of us don't live in NYC. Those New yorkers should learn how to use their T.P (French) style
