Just saw your post...

I shot two deer with Crimson Talons last fall.  Two shots, two complete pass throughs, two dead deer.  Neither traveled more than 30 yards after being shot.

I really like the concept behind the broadheads.  I was initially sceptical about the durability of the blades but my experience on game gives me a high rate of confidence with them.  I haven't tried them on anything but deer but I hope to have an opportunity with carribou this year.

One might argue that my deer would have died regardless which broadhead had been used.  Given that they were both good double lung shots, that argument might be correct.  Nevertheless, my experience rates them as being very effective.  I will keep them in my quiver.

Someone must like them. The shops around here cant keep them on thier shelves!
